Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Cancellation Eligibility
You may cancel your subscription within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of purchase, as per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. After 15 days, no cancellation or refund will be processed.
2. One Refund Per User
Every user of Medstocksy is entitled to only ONE (1) refund during their entire association with the platform. After the first refund is processed, no further refunds will be granted under any circumstances.
3. Invoice Date as Reference
The date mentioned on your invoice is considered the purchase date. The 15-day cancellation window starts from this date. Any cancellation request submitted after 15 days from the invoice date will be rejected.
4. Subscription Upgrade Rules
If you have upgraded your subscription to a higher plan, you are NOT eligible for a refund on the entire amount. Refunds will only be issued for the DIFFERENCE between the plans, if applicable, and only within the 15-day window from the original purchase date.
5. No Refund After 15 Days
Any cancellation request submitted after 15 days from the purchase date will be REJECTED. No refunds, partial refunds, or adjustments will be provided beyond the 15-day window, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
6. Cancellation Process
To request a cancellation and refund, you must submit a written request to Medstocksy support team at contactarham03@gmail.com or through the in-app support system. Phone calls, emails to other addresses, or informal requests will not be considered.
7. Processing Time
Once your cancellation request is approved, the service provider (payment gateway or bank) will process the refund within 20 (twenty) working days. Medstocksy is not responsible for delays beyond 20 working days, as these depend on your bank's processing time.
8. Required Information
To process your cancellation and refund, you must provide: (i) Your registered account email or user ID, (ii) Invoice number and date, (iii) Payment method used (Card, Net Banking, UPI, etc.), (iv) Bank account or card details (last 4 digits) for refund verification, and (v) Reason for cancellation (optional but helpful).
9. Service Provider Charges Deduction
Medstocksy may deduct a nominal service provider processing fee (typically 2-5% of the refund amount, or as per your bank's charges) from your refund if explicitly permitted by law. The refund amount will be reduced by this fee, which is non-negotiable.
10. User Liability & Disclaimer
Once your account is cancelled, all access to Medstocksy services, data, and features will be immediately terminated. You are responsible for downloading and backing up all your data before cancellation. Medstocksy is NOT responsible for any data loss, business interruption, or loss of revenue following account cancellation. Your use of the services for more than 15 days implies acceptance of the subscription terms and waives your right to a refund.
11. Referral Users Exception
If you are a user referred by a referral partner or enterprise client, special refund terms may apply as per your contract. In such cases, your referral agreement will supersede this policy, and you must contact your referral manager for refund authorization.
