Welcome to Medstocksy, a web-based SaaS platform for pharmacy stores, medical stores, and healthcare businesses. By using our platform, you agree to the terms below.
1. Acceptance
By registering, subscribing, or using Medstocksy, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Cancellation & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
Medstocksy is primarily designed for pharmacies, medical stores, and healthcare businesses. You must comply with all applicable laws. Medstocksy does not verify any licenses or certifications. All data entered is your responsibility.
3. Service
Medstocksy provides subscription-based tools for inventory management, billing, record keeping, analytics, and related operations. We do not sell physical goods or manage transactions between you and your customers.
4. Subscription & Payment
Medstocksy is a paid platform from day one. Access is granted only after successful payment via supported gateways, including Razorpay. Non-payment, chargebacks, or disputes beyond 15 days may result in suspension or termination of access without notice.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Refunds are available only for first-time subscriptions cancelled within 15 days of purchase, as per the Cancellation & Refund Policy. No refunds are allowed after this period.
6. User Data & Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of all data entered, including inventory, pricing, GST details, invoices, patient data, and prescriptions. Medstocksy does not verify prescriptions, medical or patient records and is not liable for any regulatory violations, penalties, losses, or claims arising from user data or usage.
7. Prohibited Activities & User Liability
You must not use Medstocksy to:
- Hack, breach, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, its systems, or other users' accounts.
- Upload, distribute, or store pornographic, obscene, sexually explicit, or offensive content.
- Engage in money laundering, financial fraud, phishing, or any illegal financial activity.
- Misuse the platform in any manner that harms Medstocksy, its users, or third parties.
Violation of these requirements will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, and may lead to civil and criminal liability under applicable law. For example, under the Information Technology Act, 2000, hacking, unauthorized access or tampering with computer systems is an offence punishable with imprisonment and/or fines, including under Sections 43, 66, and related provisions which impose penalties for unauthorized access and damage to computer data. Publishing or transmitting obscene or sexually explicit material electronically is an offence under Sections 67, 67A and related provisions.
Medstocksy and its founders will not be responsible for any loss, penalty, or legal action arising from your engaging in prohibited or illegal activities involving the platform. All such risks and liabilities rest entirely with you.
8. Data & Privacy
Medstocksy stores business and patient data according to Indian laws, including the IT Act, 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You must obtain all necessary consents for storing and processing third-party data.
9. Account Usage
One account may be used simultaneously on multiple devices. You are responsible for maintaining login confidentiality. Medstocksy may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, misuse, policy violations, illegal activities, or actions that harm the platform or others.
10. Limitation of Liability
Medstocksy is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of data, revenue, profits, or regulatory penalties.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indian laws. Courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes related to Medstocksy.
